Hi, I’m Pun Pun
Hello, I’m Pun Pun and I’ve been living on the Farm for a few months now. Before I came to live here, I lived at a local shop and the kind employees always made sure I was fed and cared for. One day I was in a traffic accident and lost the ability to walk. The shop owners did their best to keep looking after me, but it was a struggle for me to live on the rough concrete.
They can’t take care of me properly since the house has no fence to prevent me from getting outside. No wheelchair for me to run around. They then decided to give me up to Jai Dog so that I can live in more comfortable surroundings.
A Whole New World
Thankfully, the Jai Dog team knew how to take care of special dogs like me, they have a whole kennel specially designed to care for dogs with limited mobility!
I have an awesome life at Jai! My wheelchair is always ready for me to join my friends on long walks. The floors are specially designed so that I can slide around without scratches when I’m not strapped into my chair. I can now sleep in warm soft bed of my own and we even have fans to keep us cool in the warm weather, but I love sunbathing out on our private lawn. There are always loads of toys to play with and doggie friends I share my kennel with. All of them are just like me and require a little extra care.
Pun Intended
I like my human carers a lot and am always happy to see them. I love to play with them, beg them to hug me all the time and believe it or not, I often fall asleep on their laps. I am still quite young and energetic, so I am always up for an adventure to explore. With my wheelchair, I can get around outdoors and I can even outrun some of the four-legged dogs on our daily walks!
Am I your perfect match?
I love people and I love life. I know I have a physical difference, but I still deserve to be loved. Do you think I could be your perfect match?
Why I need sponsoring
The traffic accident I was in not only broke my legs, but also fractured my spine. I can walk with my 2 front legs, but I can no longer control my bladder. It might sound embarrassing but most people don’t want to adopt a dog who has accidents in the house and so I might never have a home of my own.
But that’s okay because I can live comfortably at the Farm for the rest of my life and I know that they’ll look after me no matter what. They understand exactly what I need, but it can be expensive to care for dogs like me. I know the team at Jai would be so grateful if you could help care for me!
